About:

– We arrive to your location an hour early to set it up.
– The activity begins by explaining Safety rules and Signing Waivers (Waivers can be signed ahead using the Website).
– The Range safety officer will give a short briefing about operating the Air soft weapons and the correct & efficient way to reload the magazines.
– We will do a walk through between all the stations and explain about the activities.
– We start the Shooting range, Every guest is guaranteed to shoot 3 magazines each (one for each weapon type: Handgun, SMG & Assault Rifle).
After that we will rotate between all the guests for the remaining time.
– Range safety officer is making sure everyone is safe, having fun and solving any problems or questions that may arise during the activity.
– We are also responsible on cleaning up, when we leave it will be like we were never there.

Payment:

$250 to Book event, the Balance will be paid when we set up for the event.
We accept: Cash, Zelle, PayPal.

Safety:

Battle Truck LV is Licensed & Insured.
All Equipment is Maintained, Cleaned, and Sanitized before and after every event.
All players must attend the Safety Rules Briefing by the Range safety officer.
All players are required to wear protective eye gear after briefing and while participating at the activities.
All players must read and sign a release of Liability Form (Minors must have a legal guardians signature).

Cancellation/Weather Policy:

Every Booking requires a Deposit.
The Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled minimum of 1 week before the event, not refunded if canceled within 7 days of event.
We do allow to reschedule for an available date within a 12 month period.
Outdoors Setup is not available in the following conditions:
Heavy Rain, Hail, Snow, Extremely Cold Temperatures and/or Strong Wind.
If the event is canceled due to inclement weather we will reschedule the event for the closest convenient date with no additional deposit required.
